  1. Yes I feel sick if i eat before exercising, I also cannot drink much at all while exercising but I can drink before and after.
  2. I cannot eat for about 1 to 1.5 hrs before exercising. how about a Protein shake?
  3. Being thinner. running/biking/exersize is my faverate thing defanatly a transfer of addiction. not being embarrassed at MacDonald's. First week without a CPAP in 5 years. not hating my reflection, getting complements, having self confidence.

  13. I started Walking at 4wks, Gym at 8wks, Run/walk at 3 mths, Running at 5 mths. Now I`m up to 10km a day but I run on the beach so my knees don't hurt.

  16. Its too early to tell as you are still healing. I believe as about 3 months you will know for sure. I still get hungry but its not the same as before my wls as just a small snack fills me up. Honestly not getting hungry has its drawbacks too.
  17. It works, deep down thin you is bursting to come out. Thin me found exercise, after my op I starting a gym with a personal trainer now I run 10k a day for fun. AT the end of the day its calories in v calories out and the sleeve is an awesome tool to reduce calories in. Good Luck!
  18. Yep, Hungry every 2-3 hrs. Is this a bad thing? I think not in the long term. I Have to be careful what I keep in my cupboards and weight loss dose tend to be slower but I like looking forward to having my small meals.
  19. I use 2% in my shakes because its not too watery and I`m not counting calories.
  20. I think the pain will out way the enjoyment at this stage. I think maybe 3 months time, at a guess.
  21. Any Kiwis out there, its very quiet?
  22. I still have to use my CPAP. Sometimes its not a weight thing.
