Good luck on your surgery! You're going to look amazing!

So I know it's been a while since I've written but I've had a lot of changes take place at work. I'm actually in between jobs again but it's for the better so that's a good thing.

I started this journey at 240 and this morning was down to 179. That's 61 lbs. The weight has slowed down drastically in the past 2 months. I have to confess that I have been beh...

I've been stalled for about 10 days now but it's still all good! I'm down 40 lbs that are never coming back. Now if I could only lose that 1lb to get out of the 200's!

Hey Doug, how's it going?

4 weeks and 40 lbs! I'm so happy! The pain was worth it.

So I'm 3 weeks out and almost 30 lbs lost. I had a little stall between week one and week 2 but ever since last Saturday 3/12, the pounds have been coming off like crazy. So happy!

In less than 24 hours I will be sleeved! More excited than nervous but still nervous.

Brandy, good luck on your flight today. I will see you on Saturday!!! Everything is going to be fantastic.

I should have taken off from work this week too. I've been an emotional wreck and still have 3 more days to go.
