Another 3 lbs down. That takes me to 24 lbs lost since my surgery on May 13th and over 60 lbs lost from my heaviest. Woot!

At the doctors. I asked to see what a weighed when I first saw him 3 years ago. I have lost over 55 lbs since. Nice. Ready to lose another 50 and it won't take me 3 years that is for sure.

At work, at the gym. Time to make it happen

Att: Ladies who come to Viva La Tech on August 13th. Dress to dance. Be comfortable. Throw on some baggies and lets do this. No need to dress in underwear and call that a outfit for this show. Save that for the shows where the music doesn't really matter
