Weight loss is going smooth and steady. Doctor thinks I am doing well with the lapband. Still not getting a fill. As long as the weight is dropping I will hold off the fills. Feeling good.

Well that worked. After a nice long workout my body aches from last nights drinking have disappeared. Now pool and spa time.

Went to another shelter called Beagle Buddies today. The search continues for a buddy for Herbie.

Went to the Pasadena animal shelter. So hard not to take them all home. Looking for a good fit for out family.

What a crazy storm last night. Non stop lightning and thunder. Shook our villa and left us without power for a bit. But the sun is shining this morning. Pool time and some gym time today.

What a good time. Decibel was a great event. Big ups to my boy David 'Dayv' Prado for having me out. Looks like there were some issues as I was leaving but the party while I was there was a damn good time. Next up Viva La Tech!! Stay tuned tomorrow for more info.

With the weight loss I am really getting into fashion again. Time to look good. Nice to be able to dress the way I want to....

Work....then worked out. Felt good to my sweat on. Now having some house special chicken and watching some Anthony Bourdain. Nice way to end my Monday.

Wow! Royalties have been great this quarter. Think it may be time to get my new studio Mac. Woot!
