Just had my surgery this morning Not going to lie, it hurts like hell! But goingto be totally worth it!!!!

Not feeling so hot today... had a bit of a meltdown watching my husband eat dinner... I made it through cooking it just fine (surprisingly)!

I'm drinking to Optifast shakes a day (they have 14 grams of protein each) and I'm SUPPOSE to drink two cups of milk mixed with Bariatric Advantage powder (which has 27 grams of protein/serving) but... its gross. So I've been skipping that one. I have also been eating/drinking this *soup* by Unjury (chicken soup flavor) its pretty good and has 21 grams per serving Hope this helps!
