Today Jan 29 I was called and offered a surgery date. I choose Feb 13. I called Michelle and she told me what to eat on the day of the 30th. Jan 30 is my birthday. Michelle will see me on Jan 31 at 0800.
Steve took my measurements this morning and they are the following:
I hit the scale and it showed 314.8
