  1. Oh wow! I'm feeling rather frustrated. It's been 3 weeks and I've only lost 15. I'm following guidelines and got back to the gym last week. Is this progress normal?
  2. Just curious, how much did everyone lose in the first month?
  3. Can we count this a water intake? I like vita coco and o.n.e
  4. Besides "super hydrating"? How do we feel about this post op? Also, anyone tried coconut chews, are these beneficial?
  5. Looking for buddies! User name: ladylei0 Add me! Also, anyone in so Cal IE area want to get together for work outs, post op snacking and girl time?

  9. I've been sleeved since 4/29, battling staying hydrated. Can this stall weight loss? Am I on track and over anticipating? Anyone else have similar problems? Lost more or less in the first 2 weeks? Love To Hear Your Thoughts
  10. Oh no! My Dr said the same thing when I went for post op yesterday but just told me to drink water. It is very hard to stay hydrated. If I set my water down I don't drink so I'm just walking around with a water bottle now everywhere I go, even if I'm using the restroom lol and just consciously telling myself drink drink drink!!! I'm so sorry for you're troubles Nikki, hope you're feeling better and out of there soon. Thinking of you!
  11. I'm not hungry either but I find myself fantasizing about food anyways. Really looking forward to the soft foods stage. Other than that I'm feeling fantastic, lots of energy, healed fast with little discomfort
  12. Go to this website: http://www.celebratevitamins.com/shop/kaiser #7. Gives you a discount code

  14. hi yall, i'm 4 days post op and wondering if i can swallow a B50 capsule without eating the contents. its nasty!!
  15. Such good news, so good to hear. Thanks everyone, when I'm farther out I will experiment. I even saw that chike offers iced coffee flavor protein. Yay!
  16. I've pigged out enough I my lifetime to feel completely at ease about changing my lifestyle permanently otherwise but, I cannot see how I can give up coffee. Coffee addict. WITH CREAM. is it possible, and when?
  17. This thread is hilarious. Ps. I'm going to weigh myself after posting this comment.
  18. So excited! Talk about healthy, fine women!
  19. Kaiser came out with their own line of post op supplements through this company called celebrate. They are 100% compliant, so you don't have to think about adding up all your required dosages and they taste delicious! I tried a few products from gnc and must say, I'm much happier with these vitamins. And, the best part is, you get a 3 month supply for way less than what you'd pay elsewhere, it all comes in one box, with instructions, samples and Kaiser gives you a 10% discount as a patient. Just got my box, never thought is be so excited about vitamins (I was kinda dreading the idea, but now they seem like a treat!). Just had to share!
  20. I'm already itchy. And I'm a picker haha trying not to pry at these scabs. They aren't as bad as I thought they'd be though. And I'm glad I wasn't stapled. Thanks for the help
  21. I feel you Nikki. Been feeling kinda lethargic and don't care about the sweet smelling bacon cooking in the other room. I've never watched so much TV in my life! Miserable lol Getting up and off chairs and bed is still a lil struggle. So I'm definitely looking forward towards having my full range of mobility back. I've also lost about 8lbs in 4 days. That's encouraging. And sugar free popsicles never tasted so good hahaha Hang in there woman
  22. Oh ok thank you, yes I was glued. I'll tough it out lol
