How's all the 4/29 sleevers doing?

I'm 3 days post op and my skin around the incisions are dry and tight. Are we able to put any kind of ointment or lotion to help with?

Anyone have any suggestions for good tasting, ready made Protein Bev that's in compliance for "fresh out of surgery"? Going shopping this weekend. Getting sleeved Monday morning !!!

the story... i go to see a per diem dr because i'm out sick and need an off work order... i ask about the lap band. she says "oh you don't need to see your dr just email and ask for a referral" i do that and they send me a response that says "a referral for bariatic surgery has been sent" what does that mean? what do i do know? am i supposed to get something in the mail or what? i have no idea what to do because OBVIOUSLY i've never had the this procedure before. can anyone help? how do i get started? please! thank you
