hey hun and thanks um let see i'm almost 10 months out um the frist month i lost 35 pounds and then it was about 16 pounds for a while sometimes eleven it depend on the month and what my body decided to. um i'm still average about 10 to eight pounds a month i'm hoping by august to be at goal. So good luck it will go by fast! i promise!

OMG! you are soooooo right i took your advice on adding more calories and the scale is moving again! tally of 78 pounds now. thanks again. still don't get it more calories less pounds?? but hey it working and i will keep doing it! thanks sweetie!

AWWW thanks hun!!! the weightloss is doing great!!! all of a sudden it speed right back up down 50 not bad for 2 months how are you by the way.

have you try to up your calories sometimes that what i do to break a stall like adding some almonds to your meals. i find zig zaging my calories really do work.

yes it a recent one thankas so much hun i had a small stall at about 5 weeks and it took two weeks to break now it speed back up and i'm down a pound a day. just trust in the sleeve because it will do it part. ((hugs))

weight lifting and a reminder what alot of people thing is loose skin is really loose fat sometimes and that just mean that you need a lot more cardio! thanxs so much

awesome. sometimes the scale goes up on me too. chalk it up to salt and what not. also when the scale stops move after a few weeks swicth low again keep zig zaging!
