June 14th is the date! Official!

Leaving for my consultation in a couple hours.

Nearly 6 months out from surgery and almost 50 pounds down!

Started my pre-op diet today!

Onto the psych evaluation on Monday...

14.5lbs down on pre-op diet. 4 days to go!

Today I am 4 weeks out from surgery! Tomorrow I go back to work and will weigh in. My home scale broke!

I'm down 7lbs so far. Surgery is in 12 days.

Had surgery on 6/14. Back to work today. I'm down a whopping 22 lbs since Memorial Day!

Had my first fill yesterday. So far a scrambled egg went down ok. About to try some yogurt.

Your story is very inspiring. Seeing your blog got me excited. I am having revision from band to sleeve on 9/24 and I was waiting to see how long it would take for the excitement to kick in. Well... here it is! All the best to you in recovery! -Ivy

Psych eval done, tomorrow is nutrition and pre-op/post-op instructions with the NP.

I found you using the search function. I saw that you used Dr. Schrope. I am scheduled to meet with her Wed. and was curious if you had any thoughts about her as a physician. Thanks for any insight. -Ivy
