  1. schedule out of whack left the house this morning without taking my Thyroid meds or my Prilosec

  2. 90 lbs lost today, it has been about six months since I started losing weight and a little over 4 months since surgery. I more pound and I will be under 300, so excited!!

  3. Going to a Labor day party at my Aunts house, last time to relax by the pool before it gets closed for the winter.

  4. Went to the gym for the first time today

  5. Tired as heck this morning, want to go home and crawl back into bed

  6. Had my 3 month checkup today, lost 18 lbs this past month, he was happy with that but wants me exercising more

  7. spent two hours in the back yard in the garden and doing yardwork, that was a good workout

  8. Thanks for the message back when I first signed up. Sorry I didn't respond sooner. Looks like we might be getting done about the same time. It's always good to have someone to talk to. I am not really telling anyone other than one friend and my husband. Would be happy to chat any time.

  9. Down a total of 75 lbs today, only 15 lbs to go until I never have to see a 3xx number on the scale again, woo!!

  16. My Hubby made a wonderful chili for us today, was great in this weather

  17. Finally got around to doing my measurements and have lost 12 more inches in the last 2 months....yay!!

  20. i really need to starting tracking my food. It's the one thing I can't seem to get into my routine.

  21. Decided to take the day off. Will have a nice relaxing day at home by myself.

  23. Another first for me today. I went to my first Yoga class and did ok. need to work on my balance but that will come.

  24. Hit the Big 4 0 today...

  25. Going to a Picnic today and will see a bunch of family I haven't seen since before surgery.
