Yesterday my husband, son and I broke up and removed our front sidewalk. Today I can hardly move, it totally kicked my ass, sooo sore...

It is going well thanks =) I am 10 days post-op and I feell pretty normal with the exception of the pain I am getting, it is muscular in nature at one of the incision sites. Only happens when I turn or twist a certain way. Have my post-op appointment with the surgeon tomorrow.

Did the "walk away the pounds" 1 mile video today, gotta start somewhere...
