  1. Bus from dc arrives back in ny at 9:45..let's see if I can keep the motivation to go the gym when I get home. #wls

  2. can't believe i'm only 4 days from surgery...there is so much to do before then, it hasn't sunk in.

  5. omg, already starving...trying to hold off for second protein shake until 1/1:30. just bought a gallon of water to keep me busy.

  6. first day back to work post op has gone ok...will be glad to get home and lay down for a bit though.

  12. Hey! Yes, I went for the fill. I've been losing, which is great, but probably able to eat more than I should, so thats why I went for it. Feels interesting, that's for sure! I can definitely tell a difference.

  15. Well I made it through day 1 and I lost 3lbs, so that gives some motivation at least. Also I realized I can blend my shakes with nonfat yogurt, which has changed my world! haha. Also, blending it with coffee is delicious.
