Off to my 3rd post opp appt! Don't think I'll be getting a fill bc I seem to be in my green light place...except no wt loss in over a wk hmm

officially a size 14 now! haven't been this small since high school (10 yrs ago!)

Ok did 30 min in the gym, my running sucked but I did it. Also did first ab wkout since #wls

omg, already starving...trying to hold off for second protein shake until 1/1:30. just bought a gallon of water to keep me busy.

on another note, just signed up to do my third half marathon! Austin TX here I come! #wls

people keep telling me i look different/asking if i cut my hair...wonder if they notice i've lost weight but don't know thats what it is

since I was so distracted by my new diet on friday, i didnt get everything done at work...so i'm at the office now catching up #happysunday
