Day 15 and 18lbs down...!!!

Day 4 less sore...less gas too!

Did Aetna approve your lap band? If they did how long did it take after submitting? I am waiting to hear from Aetna and my surgery is scheduled for August 10.

Hoping for approval as well. It has been so frustrating getting denied, just because my BMI was under 35 a few months out of 2 years, I have 3 comorbities for crying out loud!!!

how long were you eating soft foods? I don't get a fill until Nov 8...

I contacted obesitylaw.com but have not heard from them yet. I want to get this second appeal going.

I just found out Aetna denied my surgery, but that they have to do a peer review with the surgeon. I am very disappointed since the surgery is 3 weeks away today!!! Making me stressed out! Let me know how you are making out with the insurance.

I just had a fill toady and they told me liquid or soft food for today.
