After speaking with Kelley at obesitylaw.com, I would not be able to participate due to I am getting the Realize Band, which is different than the Lap Band, so I'd have to pay them a fee. I decided to research appeal letters that have been approved and will take all the appeals steps available to me. Now I'm praying they approve me. It took me a week to get all my facts together. Wish me luck!
