  1. I think we get so hung up on the next milestone ahead of us, b/c.a lot of us have so far to go, that sometimes we forget to STOP & look @ how far we've come.... Sometimes it yakes a few days to really sink in & for u to.realize what u've accomplished. So take that brief moment of time to really reflect on what a major accomplishment u have made! U deserve it!
  2. I own a body bugg & that's how I keep track of my calories burned. It is constantly on me & constantly.tracking my calorie burn . I luv it!
  3. bummer, hope u get to feeling better soon!
  4. So I had my 2nd fill @ the end of June & since then I have been vomiting a lot.... Like daily... I have found I only have a small window of time I can eat solid food, it has to be @ least 3 to 4 hrs after I wake up, & even when I can eat solids it's slow moving. & on top of it all my weight loss has slowed down. For lunch I couldn't keep ne thing down but for dinner I ate a 5 oz chicken breast, half a small salad, & a few fries. My big ? is for people who have had unfil's... Did it hamper your weight loss? I'm scared I'll get some taken out & I'll be hungry & gain weight. Sometimes I feel like I paid 20,000$ to become a bulemic/anorexic

  11. Sonetimes u need a day off... I skipped boot camp yest b/c I was so sore & tired after working all night. Plus I knew I had to come back & work all night again... but when I get off this morning boot camp here I come! Looks like I'll have to hit the gym this weekend to make up for my slacker day.
  12. Here is my? I feel like I'm mostly in the green with the exception of the regurgitations I tend to throw up about every other day especially if I try to eat when I first get up. I feel really good about the ant I'm eating & my hunger control. Also my weight loss has been good thus far 40 lbs in 14 wks. I have been hoping that as I loose weight my band will loosen. I really don't want to drive 2 & a 1/2 hes for an unfill & then find myself hungry all of the time.
  13. I started going to boot camp 4 days a week this month. It's tough with working 12hr nights but I do it! I think this weekend I'm gonna hit the gym with a backpack and put 40 lbs worth of weight in it during my workout to remind myself of where I was 14 weeks ago!
  14. If I loose one more pound by tomorrow I will have officially lost 40 pounds in 14 weeks! I am so thankful to Dr White for giving me this wonderful tool to help me get where I am today! I know I couldn't have done it without the band... It has been a tough road so far and I know there is still a long way to go but I know now that I can make it!
  15. When were u banded? Darvocet has been pulled off the market for a while...
  16. Now that Im @ my sweet spot I can only eat about a cup to cup & a half. It takes me about 20 to 30 min to eat also. I also can't eat solid food until I have been up for a few hrs, I am always tight when I first get up.
  17. My last fill was quite tight. It took a week for the swelling to go down. It's kinda fickel still but much better
  18. U also have to think about how few of.calories u r eating.... That's not gonna give ur body much fuel & ur body is trying to heal. Hang in there! It'll get better!
  19. My second fill was the ticket for.me I couldn't do solids for a week but now I am able to keep chicken down... I almost went in for an unfil but I am glad I gave a lil time. I have perfect restriction now 2 weeks later. & it helped me get out of the 250's! Whoo hoo!
  20. Does anyone else on here still find it super hard to take a compliment? I just feel like I have so far to go... My hubby gets suped irritated with me b/c I can't seem to take a compliment. I wish I could see the positive things but I'm just so stuck on "I'm fat mode"
