    Day 5 was my breakjng point to! I had to eat mashed potatoez or else I was going to lokse it! Nut my doc moves u to mushies day 7.

    I can totally understand where you are coming from! We need to remember though that weight loss is not a perfect 1-2 lbs per week all of the time... I find that I often have 2 week plateaus and then will drop 3-5 lbs and then back to nothing I go. When I get super frustrated I look back, waaayyy back, to before I started my preop diet and sometimes that helps me realize how far I've come. I usually joke about how much per pound my surgery has cost thus far! lol Do you have a lot of weight to loose or are you on the lower spectrum? People who have less weight to loose will loose it slower. Hang in there! Track your calories everyday, I usually give myself a day every couple of weeks when I just take the "day off", and get to the gym

    I'm starting to feel like I'm rounding the corner! I stuck to soup & yogurt for the past 24 hrs & a lil bit ago I was able to slowly eat 2 pieces of lunch meat I work nights so I'm going to wait until I wake up & see how things r going down. I know if I call tues I will be able to get in. Thanks for all the advice I appriciate it greatly.
  5. I got my second fill on Tues, 4 days ago, & I still can't keep solid food down. I can't even keep luch meat down, even if I chew it forever! I am super hungry but the second I try to eat I'm throwing up forever... Do u think I nedd a unfill, minf u my doc is 2 and a half hrs away, or should I give it some more time? My doc only does fills on tuesdays so if I don't go this tues I'll have to wait a week longer. It's nice to finally have some.restriction but I also would like to get more than 500 cal in a day. It's hard to have energy to work out!

    I drink vodka with crystal light. I order vodka water & add my own crystal light. I just carry the single servings in my purse. But b carefull with decreased intake of food u may get tipsy quite a bit faster!
  8. I'm going shopping tomorrow for a new belt & a new pair of capris, my 22's are falling off. I am hoping for an 18 but would b happy with a 20. I can't wait to b a 12 & b able to shop in normal stores!

    I have been wearing mine 24/7 for a month and a half. I luv it! I also have the sp, connects to cell phone, it helps keep me on track. I think it is accurate... But I don't use their program to track food, I like my fitness pal better. I was hoping people wouldn't notice it on my arm but I was wrong! Everyone seems to notice it, so I bought the zebra cover so it @ least looks cute

    Help! Iv hit a Plateau!

    Plateaus are very frustratin Have u tried changing up your exercise routine? When I hit a 18 day plateaU a few weeks ago I dropped my calories down to 800 for a while, it's tough but it got me out of my slump. Best of luck to you!
  12. I am super excited to announce that I have officially moved on to my last hole in my belt! Looks like it's time to buy a smaller size . I was hoping to get my favorite pair of capris to last through the summer.... but alas they are already way to big! So it looks like I may do a little impromptu shopping next week when I go to get my second fill!!! Next month I am starting adventure boot camp, 4 days a week, so I am super excited to see the changes that come about from that.
  13. Remember just b/c u have,a 10 cc band that doesn't mean they can't put more than 10 in it. That is just the recomended volume.
  14. My last meal was a 22 ounce bone in 28 day dry aged ribeye, with a baked potatoe,& asparagus! It was amazing, but my hubby is an executive chef so I expected no less! Lol

    I mix it with cherry or grape, I just throw a bunch of the single serving packets in my purse. I haven't had any issues with the bars not liking me doing it
  16. I notice if I over eat I get left shoulder pain that hurts like hell! As a matter of fact I have it currently I was gonna talk to my dr about it next week when I go in for a fill.

  19. Hang in there! U have to employ some will power & think about what u r eating. I've only had 1 fill so far, I go back in a week for #2, & I don't have much restriction @ all but I methodically track my food & daily calorie burn. I have lost 8 lbs even though I don't have restriction

    U have to realize that u r not consumming very many calories so ur body doesn't have much fuel. I was super worn out for a couple of weeks.

    I would wait. Plus u don't want an obgyn doing a tummy tuck! Not to mentiom if u r having a vaginal hysterectomy there wont b an abdominal incision. U could also have a laproscopic hysterectomy & those incisions wouldnt b appropriate for a tummy tuck.

    I waz a huge beer lover but since being banded I haven't had any. I have now switched to vodka water & I bring my own crystal light to the bar to mux in it. Yummy & only 75 calories!

    Menstrual pains!!

    IS it possible that u had polycystic ovarian syndrom? If so the weight loss often cause u to actually ovulate more often. ovulation cramping can b the worst!
