Getting your second fill already. I was supposed to get mine on the 31 of may but no one could take me (I can't drive). So, I go in on the 21st of this month. Are you having some weeks that you don't lose anything, no matter what you eat?? I am, just wondering if that is normal. Take care and write soon!!!

Haven't heard from you in awhile. How are things going?? I hope your fill went well and you are losing weight. I was sick for about 2 wks with a infected tooth, finally had it pulled and then got a dry socket (not fun). I lost 17 lbs my 1st month!!! I hope to continue to lose a couple lbs a week, that would be great. Talk to you soon.

Are you getting my messages? I hope so. Glad to hear the fill went great!!! I am walking on my treadmill 5 min a day so far. I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but for me it is. How is everything going for you??? Great, I hope. I am doing well. I am starting on the soft food portion of my journey. I am not hungry, so it is often difficult getting anything down.
