Congrats to you!! I hear ya- I was able to fit in an old L winter coat I had previosly worn. Love that I didn't have to buy a new one- but next year I will and I will be happy to! Hopefully it will be a M or S! These are the little NSV's I love!

Do any of you ladies feel you can eat more during your period? I got these crazy cravings this past month and felt I ate more than I usually can. This is not a good thing! Wondering if any one else has experienced this?

march 15th, 2011- 99 lbs gone!!! 1 more pound until 100 lost since surgery!!!

I often use a baby spoon to eat my yogurt & granola at lunch. I feel it helps me eat smaller bites and allows me to eat longer and take about the same time as my coworkers around me. I get odd looks when someone first notices it- but Oh Well it is helpful to me!

Aww- what a sweet comment by your dad! I know exactly what he means too. We lose the weight but we gain our lives back and have more energy, charisma, and happiness! And yes appreciate your time with your dad and moments like that- I only wish my dad could see how far I've come. ok- tear-tear on my part. Congrats on your success- you are so close to goal!
