I try to exercise every day but the past few weeks I have not been able to go as much as I needed. Work is getting crazy busy for back to school. Once it quiets down ill be back out there walking. I set myself a goal of doing a 5k in spring 2012!

Thank yous so much for the kind words and well wishes. Good to hear that your easter was successful and enjoyable. I dont weigh in until Sunday and hope I continue to lose.

I lost another 5 lbs this week. Things are progressing well. I know its still a long road ahead but am not giving up.

Approximately 6 weeks after lap band surgery and I have lost 62 lbs. I have my first fill scheduled for 4/15/2011. This is the beginning of a long journey but am thankful I finally went through with it.
