I'm glad you posted, my surgery is Monday and I am scared of the pain from the gas/air. I know walking is suppose to help but when I had that pain from a different surgery nothing helped. I will of course walk as much as I can and have my heating pad close by like others suggested. I am glad you are fine and hope you keep posting your progress.
