    It's been 4 months since I was sleeved, my hair has been falling out by the bunches and became brittle and dead, no shine at all. I started taking Biotin and what a change!!! I should have started taking it as soon as I saw the change start but today only a few strands fell out in the shower not the usual handfuls. I am so happy.
