HA we do have internet up in the sticks. I really am a city girl at heart but it is so nice and relaxng up here. It is nice to be in a place where you don't have to lock your doors and your kids can play outside without you having to watch them every second. Plus I am getting in some massive card playing time with my family which is nice. My mom and her sisters are all very close and they are a riot to hang out with. I got another run in today. I am not sure how far I went but I was out for an hour. I probably ran maybe 30 minutes or so of it. There are a ton of hills around here and I am actually missing that piece of shit mountain bike I hate owning. It would be awesome on the roads up here. Okay off topic but my son just walked right into a glass patio door. I am about to pee my pants. Okay so many people to respond to here I have to open two windows to keep track of it all. Hello from the sticks of Michigan lol. Man we missed some crazy weather at home driving up here. I got in a nice run this morning but I am really missing my bike right now. There are some bad ass hills going on here.

My Mom used to cook this when I was little and it was the only kid of fish i would eat growing up. I don't know the exact amounts or cooking time but you can experiment with that. Put your orange roughy in a lighted greased baking dish. Pour some ranch dressing over the top of it and bake at 400 until the fish flakes easy with a fork maybe 15-20 minutes? You could probably wrap it up in a foil pouch with the ranch and cook it that way to make it less messy.

This is going to seem like a silly request but there are a bunch of us who talk regularly over on a bicycling thread in the exercise forum. The OP is not aronud the thread anymore and well bicycling is spelled wrong in the title. Is there any way a mod can change it to the proper spelling? It annoys the heck out of some of us.
