OMG!!!!!!!! My first conscious recollection of my weight was being weighed at school aged ten, and I was well over 11 stone then, my dream goal a year ago (I mean totally crazy, it'll never happen to me type dream) was to get to 11stone, this morning I weighed 10stone 13lb. I weigh less than I did 21 years ago, as a child. I cannot believe its possible. I <3 my sleeve!

31 years of never even so much as running for a bus, now I've done 5.8 miles in the last 3 days, c25k is go, go, go!!
