1-derland!! Numbers on the scale this morning were 199.0! Truly never thought I'd see that again.

Hit my goal for the July 4th 'contest'. Had a great weekend at the beach with my wife. She looked great in her bathing suit and I even took my shirt off in public!

Tried golf yesterday. Different than I remember. I have to learn how to play again since I haven't been this weight in a very long time.

10 days post op. Energy is good, but I still get a bit tired. Went for a spin around the apartment early this morning and feel good. (Spin means walk BTW!)

What are these things that I feel on my side?? Could they be......Ribs?? LOL!
