Hey Anita! I've been meaning to ask.... How did you feel about having to watch (and smell) that guy eating on the drive home? I couldn't believe he did that!!! lol When he was gone so long I was joking about him eating at Jack in the Box (I thought he had surgery as well but he must have been there for a check up). I was already feeling sick and that nearly sent me over the edge!

Hey Lora! I have been losing a few lbs a day but I know it's just the initial shock of no food / low calories and it is already stalling. I'm feeling good though! I can drink a lot of liquid and I don't have to 'sip' anymore.

As for the sweetners.... Hmmmm.... I'm not much of a cook but will be experimenting in the coming months!

Hi! Sorry I missed you as well and I hope you're feeling better! I'm so happy to be home and able to sleep in my own bed tonight! I hated that air bed! lol

I'm feeling better but having a hard time getting liquids down. I've been sipping on a bottled water all day and only about 1/4 is gone! I've also been sipping on some broth but I feel like I just can't hold much
