Ok I need some advice. What kind of protein shakes are good for me to start on now before surgery. I have heard about protien shots where can I buy them?

Ok ladies and gents...... I did my preopt testing today. WOW Friday is so close I can't wait to eat some soft foods liquids are killing me softly. And wouldn't you know mothernature came yesterday. My doctor says its fine. I was a little worried that I would have to wait. Thnak JESUS I don't! Its on and popin people!!!!!

OK People Friday is the day.....Lets go get slim. I am so ready for a life change. Thank you all for your support through the long wait. I know another journey is about to start so you haven't heard the last of me. lol

Ok so this is what's on my mind today..... I want to dance so bad. I just think it was something I was born to do but I have always been over weight. So i can't wait to dance my heart out at church praise dance!!!

ok things I can't wait 4.... able to walk without breathing hard, tie my shoes like a normal person, and for my leggs to stop rubbing when I walk and this is a biggie......i want to cross my leggs

ok this is day TWO on liquid diet I am hungry any suggestion on how to stay full. But I want to try to lose weight also. Plus I notice that my emergy level isn't the same my mood is low and I am usually a happy person. Peolple say when you don't have carbs you get crakie. I can't do that I have a job where I need to be in a good mood. Patients need me to be!!! Help!!!

Ok this is what's on my mind today.... All I think about is the surgery. When should I start trying to eat right or just cut back. My surgery will be some time in April maybe begining of may. I just don't want to eat the wrong things once I have the surgery. I love sweets. Should I start the akins now??? Help!!!

Ok this is what's on my mind today..... I am 33 years old. My hubby and I have done all we can to have a child. 7 miscarriages yes seven. In that process I have gain weight every pregnacy I got bigger. I was told i have pcos. I just want to lose weight and have our own bundle of joy. Ok that being said I am so tired of people saying don't rush into having kids. Enjoy your hubby. Babies grow up! Duhhhhh I should know all of this right I am 33 and I don't think that is rushing. ...

Ok What's on my mind today is.... Japan I know it has nothing to do with the sleeve but Japan is in my prayers. Otherwise I have just been thinking about getting food out that I don't need to eat. Plus I want to pull close out that I have worn in a while to get ready to ware. Ok is this to early am I just crazy. My surgery isn't until April the end of April lol

So you are from the big montevallo. I am from gadsden but live in birmingham now. Having sleeve on April 25 soooooo close now its crazy. On this liquid diet now its driving me crazy Im so hungry. This is day two so maybe it will be better tomorrow.

Sorry haven't had time to log on lately. Ive been kinda sick. Hope all is well with everyone. I will give a update tomorrow. Im still Excited though

Started my liquid diet today! WOW it is finally a reality to me. I have getting the sleeve Monday April 25!!!!!! It came so fast Dang..... Im about to be a sexy mama!!!!!! Someboby STOP ME!!!!!

Thanks you guys for all your comments I don't feel so bad now. Today I haven't felt good all day.Just praying I don't have seizure. I have been seizure free for 55 days. Doctor says I have to be 30days free before surgery. I don't have surgery until end of April I don't want to start the count down all over again. I wish April 1 would just get here so I can have my last appt so I can get a date already. I just want to feel better all over I know the sleeve will help.

Today I am just thankful! Thankful for all I have been through even the bad. It has made me who I am. The srong woman I am. I know that this sleeve is just going to push me into being a even better peron, wife , daughter and mother one day. My health is so important. I am taking care of me! And that is good for everyone else around me too!

Two more days until doctor visit. then I will know for sure about date. yahh me!

went to the doctor today yeah only one month to go. I am so excited!!!!!

What up welcome to the site

When I lost my babies I knew I had to do something. Although people have babies that are heavier than me I knew My wieght was out of controll. I decided to be sleeved to change my life and habits. What is the use of having babies and I don't live long enough to be here for them. My doctor suggested the sleeve and I only have one month left out of 6month waiting yeah!!! Almost there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Working on a Saturday..... not use to this. Not gonna volunteer for this again. Im a M-F girl.
