    Almost 3 months out

    Hello Ladies, Congrats on loosing all that weight. I am so happy for your success. I am not doing so well in loosing the weight. I started at 277 lbs and went down to 243 at the moment. (size 24 to an 18 sometimes a 16. I have only lost a total of 34lbs. That is very discouraging. My surgery was on Dec 31st. I feel like I need more food to be full and also get bored of the same foods. i have been lifting t light weights to tone my arms about a month now, and I do crunches at least 5 times a week. I use to walk on the treadmill but I have stopped doing that. I dont know what to do. I dont want to go tell the Doctor, there is nothing he could do about it.

    All you have to do is eat ice cream and that should do the trick and up your weight. That happeneds to me when I slip up.

    Ladies, thank you so much for your words of encouragement. They do mean alot to me. Today I did 2 miles on the treadmill and am trying to stay away from carbs. My problem is that I get tired of the same foods. Any suggestions?

    Hello, I am feeling your pain. That happened to me as well. I left for spring break and weighed in and when i came back i gained 5 lbs. I am so sad and upset. I cannot seem to stay on this diet anymore. I am craving all kinds of food and I am always hungry. I think I need to do the 5 day pouch test.

    Haven't lost a pound on my diet

    Sorry to hear that, and yes it does happen to most of us. I know it happened to me lasst week so during this week i decided to do a mile of walking and jogging at 10:10:30 and another mile at 2:30-3:00. It has been helping oh and a must is your 7 hours of sleep. Without proper sleep, you cant shed of lbs. Every time I wake up in the moring I loose a lbs a day. I have lost 7 lbs this week just by doing an hour of slight jogging and walking. Dont do to much running you might be building too much muscle for now. I hope this helps.

  21. Thanks for the nice words. I lost 4 lbs during these two days, but I have added 20 min treadmill in the morning and 20 minutes in the afternoon and 3 lb arm weights. Any one have a secret about loosing quicker?

    Longest Stall Contest

    I am going through the same thing, but I did something different a friend adviced me too do and i lost 4 lbs over night. Of course healthy diet just like the dr recommended, i walked on the threadmill for 40 minutes and slept 7 hours. That really helped, I hope that works for u too!

    December 2010 Sleevers!

    Hi, I feel the same way. I have lost 17 lbs only. My friend adviced me that If I was eating healthy and my 900 calories a day, exercising by walking 30 min a day, and sleeping 7 to 8 hours a day. I told him no, I do everything except sleep only 5, he said that in order for us to loose weight we need to have the right amount of sleep. I thought he was BS'ing but lo and behold, i lost 4 lbs over night. I weighed in yesterday morning at 259 and today in the morning I weighed in at 255. Wow, you should try that. Hope that helps I know it is helping me so far.
