Does anyone know how many calories a day you should be having? Im stumped

OK so Im on my 2nd day of the clear liquid diet and im so so just getting caffeine with drawal headace. Still nervous. When is you date?

I havent started anything yet. Still waiting for my phone call for my date nothing yet.

Went for clearance today and ran into the support group trainer and all my fears are gone. Whew I was sweating it. yes I will be able to eat again and the foods I love cant wait to have spicy again.

Ok Im so nervous. Done all my testing and hopefully tomorrow will find out a surgery date.

Hey Bird Glad to hear your date. I was banded on 4/20 and its still a little rough. Airpockets and frustration of not being able to eat. Protein stuff is making me sick just smelling it. Keep me updated and good luck
