Wow, 60 pounds that's awesome! I'm quite sure you are down a lot more since your last post on my wall :-) Very happy for you! I'm doing well, I'm down 106 pounds since surgery, never thought that was possible (lol), I still have a ways to go, but all in all I'm happy as can be :-) How are you?

Thanks for the encouraging words:-) As of right now, my weight loss has slowed. I am 6 weeks post op and have lost a total of 41 pounds. Plus I have started to incorporate regular foods back into my diet, which was a lot of trial and error the first week, but now so far so good. However, I must admit that I have eaten nuggets at Chick-fil-a couple of times :-( and my weight loss has slowed (which I am a little concerned about) But other that, everything has been going well.

I apologize for the delay in responding to you. I started back school a few weeks ago and have been super busy. How have you been? How did your appt. with the Surgeon go? I am keeping my fingers crossed for you and hopefully you will get a date soon. And yes the IRS can be a pain at times (lol). Wow you filed back in Feb.; have you tried calling them to find the reason for the delay? I hope you get your refund soon. But even if you don’t get it before your surgery date, I am quite sure the Surgeon’s office can work something out with you regarding the remaining balance.

How are you? I'm doing great, some days are better then others, but all in all things are good. I'm beginning to realize as I am on the liquid phase of this diet just how much food was a big part of my life. Sad to say, but I never realized the full extent of my relationship with food until now. I am having more head hunger then physical hunger. Surgery went well and my incisions have healed completely and I hardly have any pain, but the few first few days were a little hard in regards to the pain. So far I have lost 23 pounds post op and 29 pounds total. I go in for my first appointment next week, hopefully by then I will be able to start on mushies. Thanks so much for checking on me, and I'm hoping to hear that you will have a surgery date soon :-)
