  1. I am soooo with you guys!!!! ive been on a mad stall the past few months and ive fought for every lb that ive lost. Ive been jealous about people losing so much and the weight just melting off. But its all good. I know we will all get to goal eventually and just need to continue to support one another. So please count me in! Good luck everyone!!
  2. hi all! haven't posted in awhile. Still in a stall ( going on about 3 months now??) ive lost a few lbs here and there but Its soooo frustrating. I got so spoiled with losing 5lbs in a week, and now im jumping for joy if i lose 1lb in a week . Im 6 months in now, and need to lose about 40 more lbs. Stall is really getting me down, but im hoping and praying it will be over soon. Good luck everyone!
  3. Thank you so much for sharing your story. You have lost 90lbs!!! Be proud of yourself!! I am a slow loser as well, have been on a stall for the past 6 weeks. I started walking again, and this week alone, i am down 3lbs. Just keep your head up, you are doing amazingly well. Talk to your doctor and see whats healthy for you. My goal weight is 125. Maybe it will change, maybe not. I think our bodies will tell us. I do enjoy food. And i do let myself enjoy the sweet stuff sometimes, in moderation. I don't deny myself what i like, because i feel like if i do, i will wake up one day and just splurge. If i allow myself in moderation, i don't feel as deprived. Hope that makes sense. Good luck to you! IMO you are doing great!!
  4. ive been using myfitnesspal, but maybe ill check out that website. thanks again
  5. thank you again. what are u using to make this chart? I was in a stall, and i thought it ended because of a 3lb loss, and then still been up and down the past few weeks. Im just scared that my slow weight loss is going to be even slower.... thank you for helping

  7. when your stall finally ends, do you continue to lose at a good rate? Or does it slow and stay slow?

  11. im right there with you. Ive been on a stall for almost 2 months, losing just a few lbs and oz here and there. Im hoping it will pass soon, but it hasn't yet! we need to keep our heads up. Good luck everyone, and really when i think about it, this is amazing. i am finally starting to lose the baby weight i gained 9 years ago. LOL
  12. Hi everyone, ive been on a long stall for about 6 weeks now, maybe longer. And logically i know it will pass. But i was just wondering how long was your longest stall? And when your stall broke, did your weight loss go back to losing a few lbs a week? or did it remain minimal. I thought my stall broke when i lost 3lbs but then have only been up and down a few oz since. Can you please share with me ( and all of us reading ) your experience? I need some encouragement. I know everyone goes thru this, but it helps to hear what others have been thru. Thanks so much!
  13. sleeved on june 23rd and down 57 lbs. have about 44 more lbs to go. slowyly but surely !
  14. Can you tell us how many calories you consume each day? I need to have mine redone, but before surgery, My calories that i should consume for weight loss is 1890-2352, and it said for medically supervised my cals should be 1890. I burn 2362 each day. So, for me to lose weight, i should consume at least 1890? That sounds like so much!!!
  15. awww thank you Ladies. You all have helped me since the beginning of my journey and im so thankful for all your support and advice. I really do appreciate all of you
  16. Thanks Wishs. i know i need to stay postitive. And stop comparing my weight loss to everyone else. Stalls suck big time. And i just have to keep the faith that i will continue to lose. Even if it is slow Thank you Sleeve of Steele YOu look amazing
  17. Awww thank guys. you seriously are making me tear up. Because its been so frustrating thru this stall and i sometimes i just don't see it. I am very thankful.I can actually play with my son and walk around Disneyland forever without getting short of breath. For that i am sooo very thankful. Thank you for the sweet words, really they mean so much to me. Lele: how are you feeling? Hoping you are doing well and that recovery is quick and easy for you. COngrats on your surgery. Mnbsleeve: thank you so much friend. you really made my heart smile BTW my hair is falling out like crazy!!! IVe always had a lot of hair, so thank goodness for that. But i feel like a dog shedding everywhere i go. I do take Biotin. ive noticed that i still lose a lot of hair when i brush, but its not as much. It was coming out in clumps . It looked like big ol'spiders in my shower. But thank you. I hope my hair stays love you guys!
  18. Awww thank u!! Its been a slower process for me, and sometimes I have to see the comparison side by side. Thanks for the kind words . Most of my weight loss was post surgery. I lost about 7lbs pre -op. Thanks again for the encouragement! hope u both are well!
