1. Wow!! Good for you!! I'm still nervous about sharing my CLOTHED before & after pics - lol! I've been working up the nerve to post a pic of my thighs in the PS forum for opinions. My stomach looks A LOT like yours. I went into this knowing I would NEED some work done. I also plan to get a breast lift. I'm still hanging strong at a 38DD so I'm hoping I won't need implants. My arms and thighs are still questionable. My insurance should cover the panni removal part of the TT but I have a clause that if you've had WLS, you must to be at least 18 months out from surgery. That would put me at this time next year. I think I'm ok with that time frame. At my last follow up appointment with my band doc, they brought up PS with me. We talked a lot about it and she gave me a few referrals. I plan to start consultations this summer. Having insurance cover a small percentage of the surgery is attractive but I'm not hung up on it. I really worry about re-gaining the weight. It would be especially disappointing if I've gone thru the physical and financial hardship of PS. Do you guys worry about it as much as I do? I’m worried about maintaining more than anything else. Now that I'm getting closer to goal, I find myself thinking "what now?" My boyfriend even asked me this morning how much more weight I wanted to lose. I told him about 25-35lbs but I'm trying more for a goal size of 10-ish. With this HUGE stomach sticking around, it’s hard to even envision it, much less put a number on it.
2. Have fun!! I look forward to hearing how it went.
3. Battle two really scares me.

11. (thanks - I'm going to change mine a little though. I feel my HW is a little inflated due to over eating before surgery)
12. Me Me Me<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I've never been under the delusion that losing weight would solve all my problems but there quite a few areas that I thought it would improve. I was hoping my sex drive would pick back up and it hasn't. I was hoping shopping for clothes would be more enjoyable and it's more stressful than ever now. I was hoping exercise would get easier and wouldn't require so much extra motivation and that definitely hasn't happened. I was hoping to feel a little more comfortable in my own skin and that also hasn't happened. I've lost 95lbs and I don't feel much different than I did at 300lbs. I guess I was really in denial about how big I had gotten. I keep saying that I'm going to start therapy but I'm really going to put the wheels in motion soon. I hope you feel better soon.
13. Name: Candle Total weight loss: 95 lbs I wasn't sure what to put. I've lost 95lbs w/ the band ... 14 on the pre-op diet and 81 since the day of surgery but I hit my high weight during the 6 month supervised diet required by my insurance. I've lost 111lbs since my highest weight of 311.
14. Are you excited or nervous about the consult? Congrats on getting the ball rolling! I plan to have the same. (the jury is still out on my inner thighs)
15. Shopping for a bathing suit is sooo scary to me.
16. I'm going to Jamaica!!! [Then I want to be at goal for about a year before PS. I need it ]
17. I know - but I still read PIZZA CAT when I see your name so I'm still calling you that
18. Welcome back!! I'm in the home stretch too! 25-40lbs
19. Trying on clothes is such a mind f@ck!! I look at my size 16 jeans and think "NO way will I fit into these" and then they slide right on!!! I just bought a pair of 14's that are just a little too snug - I can't wait to wear them! I think another 5-10lbs will do it. I am going down in sizes so quickly now - I can't even keep up. Good luck pizza Cat. You'll do great!! I'm so jealous - I want to move and start a new life too! :rolleyes2:
20. We are a very motivated and supportive group!!
21. B: 10am L: 1pm S: 3-4pm D: 6-7pm I've started eating dinner a little later recently and it seems to be keeping me from looking for a snack or dessert type item in the late evening.
22. I had an exclusion on my Anthem plan. I'm back with them - I wonder if they will cover fills? They paid for my last office visit minus the copay.
