Weight loss has slowed 3 months post op but I knew that would happen. Realistic expectations means I'm content with the progress as long as it's progress. Hooray for Meeeee.

Wow, glad that I have the energy to do things now....mowing, trimming, digging holes, cleaning out the flower beds, etc. But it's all good.

Dr Appt this morning....44 lbs since I first went into his office. Feels good.

6 week Dr appt in the morning. 40 lbs down so it is a good start.

Starting to eat normal food again. I just have to know when to stop before I get the "thump" feeling.

This week has been a long one with all the activities but going great. I have my 2 week post-op Dr. appointment in the morning.

How is it going? Hope everything went well.

I hope I can keep at the liquid protein stuff. After 2 weeks, the stuff is getting old
