12 days post up. Finally getting more energy. Been on high protein liquids since surgery. Off all medication that was prescribed to me. This past week bad breath and oily film in mouth. I brush and brush & brush can't seem to get rid of it. Has any one had any thing familiar? I do go to Dr in 4 days. Hopefully I can start on soft foods.

Do you guys get that full feeling between your breast? I'm going on day 7. Not getting in all protein or water getting better but hate that feeling! I have had that since surgery

I was sleeved on the 10th. I slept a lot 4_5 days. Been up all day with one nap. Trying to get away from the drugs. It is very hard to get in all protein and liquid.Feel so full!

Not sure if its heartburn or reflux dr put me on pill to relax it. Wasn't sure if it was because of tube they put down your throat or if they blow air in their during surgery or just completely full! That Ive had since I woke up in recovery is the worst of it. So so far not to bad

Up date on how Im doing. I stayed at hospital 2 nights not much sleep they come every couple hours. I Lost 10lbs pre surgery. I think I'm down about 5lbs in 6 days. Was told not to weigh self yet still Swollen. I'm slowly getting of pain medication. The most Pain is my back for some reason. Must be from sitting and laying around. Its real hard to get in my protein and liquids, I feel so FULL! I hope that gets better soon don't like that feeling at all. I have not gotten sick so thats good. I want my stomach to heal so being very careful. Cant wait to get moving again and start losing.

Congratulations!!! What a great feeling that must be. I'm having surgery on Jan 11th not much longer. Getting nervous praying that I have no complications and no regrets.

no new info yet start my preop diet tuesday which is pre packaged meals at about 800 calories a day and still trying to figure out how to put that ticker on my page ugggg frusterating!

I start my preop this tuesday for 2 weeks til surgery. I hope New years eve Is not that hard. I will be on about 800 cal diet prior to surgery. I did organize all my food in lunch bags for 2 weeks that way all my meals are planned. I wish you all the best

I get sleeved January11th. I have told only my close friends for hoping for support and my teenage children because I want to stay honest with them. There's only two more people that I care to tell ahead of surgeryand they are family. I guess I was embarrased at first that it has come to this. I'm slowly dealing with not feeling guilty. After the succesful surgery Not sure how I will explain my weightoss. Probally portion control and exersize to my clients not sure on giving full details we'll deal with that latter

Funny how things kind of fall into place the way they do haha congrats I can't wait til I need new clothes surgery in 3 weeks getting anxious & nervous
