Does anyone have any recipes from preparing in muffins tins, that I could freeze or have on hand. I did read something awhile back but can not find recipes. If have any ideas please let me know. Having surgery Jan 11th

You make egg and meat or egg and spinach quiches in muffin tins. Just whisk the egg, sprinkle some browned sausage, or bacon into the eggs and spray the muffins with non-stick spray. Fill 3/4 full of egg and meat mixture, sprinkle with cheese, and make for 25-40 minutes at 350 degree until knife is inserted in center and comes out clean.

Google "the world according to egg face". She has lots of recipes to be made in muffin tins. I also made a meatloaf in muffin tins the other night.
