So I bought the Celebrate chewables before my surgery and have taken maybe 4 of them.......I just can't chew them and have switched to Flintstones! If anybody wants these, send me an address and I'll ship them out to you, they are the mountain berry flavor and I believe they have iron

8 weeks since my surgery....saw my surgeon today. Told him you all said "hi"......Just kidding.

Have a lot of restriction.....can't decide if that is good or bad, or if it will change as I heal more. I am just beginning my 6th. week post-op, 1 more week of mushies until I don't really have much for diet restriction. But yet I still find myself going back to 2 protein shakes a day because its just easier.......Not sure I will be normal anytime soon. lol

so how do I see just status updates for everyone?

So....still on 2 protien shakes a day, with mushies for the rest. I'm losing, which is awesome but bet I would lose more if I was better about the fat in my mushies
