I picked a hot surgeon and THAT helped........

seriously though, if you were asking the same question 19 different ways I would get frustrated as well. Or if you were just looking for guarantees how would you expect him to give you that? But if it was more information that you wanted and hadn't gotten from the seminar or support groups, maybe you should switch surgeons? I would think if you stay within the same group it wouldn't re-start the process......

we seem to be on the same schedule And maybe your mom had more weight to lose than you did......I'm down 44 pounds at 4 months and happy with it!

it was a lot more intense than my gall bladder surgery.....but I didn't experience a lot of pain.

Of course I also slept for almost 3 days after

I've had no complications and am so thankful I am now getting back into losing, but I still have a ton of restriction and can't eat much. So for now I am tracking and being really good eating every 2 hours during the week while at work. Unfortunately I blow it on the weekends and don't get enough calories or protein so that is slowing me down a bit. But am so busy! lol And I finally caved on my watermelon addiction......it was wonderful

And no the carbs still taste ok and sound like a good plan, just doesn't really work out.
