  1. Ha! I was sleeved a little over 3 years ago now. Didn't have to so much but one nut visit, Oreos bloodwork and show up. Ha!
  2. I didn't have one. (Thank The Lord!).
  3. Worst thing about flu shot is you get sick from a Strain it didn't cover. Like last years didn't cover a lot of folks. I always take it since it is not live virus ( unless you get the nasal) and I am prone to upper respiratory anyway and take forever to recover ! Always a personal choice but like someone else said people die from the flu. Not likely from the flu shot.
  4. Y'all are all amazing!! Way to go!!
  5. We need to give medals. I think you will be well over 200 by Monday!
  6. I didn't but becoming more aware of "all things body" AND getting older has made me push toward that. Now that I've found out I'm in a good place body fat wise, I've def made adjustments to my eating habits to include good fats, less bad carbs and increased cardio. I still need to get some sort of strength training started. I know I won't go to a gym. Joined. Didn't go. So need to find some sort of easier (almost 60) basic routine. If there are those aware is be interested.
  7. Nope, you won't. Just eat "clean" and well with in your cal range. It will come and stay. Mine usually took about a week to week and a half to "stick" at each interval down! You got this!!
  8. I seriously have the 100 cal pack of guacamole probably 4-5 times a week with a meal such as sliced red peppers, cukes, tomatoes and couple extra lean turkey franks. I think it actually helped with weight loss on 5:2 increasing good fats. I have to pretty much leave nuts alone. I did buy 100 cal packs almonds but they are so dadgum expensive. I know. I should buy and bag my own. And I will at some point. Right now, I'm trying to abstain from most nuts. Higher cal for less bulk for me. Even if good ones. Once I truly get to my "new" bounce I intend to slowly add back in good nuts.
  9. Continuing on 3.5 so far today 103.55

  14. Well, my plans went a little awry. The oldest Granddaughter wanted us to go to movies with them AND eat at Wendy's. Now it started out well. I had their new chicken flatbread sandwich. (370 cals BEFORE I removed half of the flatbread) so I figured around 275 or so. GREAT! Brought grapes and Water to movie in my purse. . Yep, Great! Not so great the handful of popcorn and about 8 hard werthers SF caramel coffee candies. . So I came in 650. Another . But it could have been a lot worse so I'll take it and be happy for the trip with family. Oh, and BTW, Percy Jackson movie. Not so much.
