  1. I only used the Celebrate ENS Multi-Vitamin and Calcium that I got in the free sample from them. That was very good. Everything else I have tried has been good (ie flavored chewable vitamins, etc) so I imagine the shake would be good too. I think I may order the Protein one. It didn't come in the sample. I may email them to see if I can get a sample of one of them. I like the idea of having all my needs in one bottle! I will let you know if I try it.

    Calling all May Sleevers!

I don't have my date yet but talking to the head of the bariatric program, it should be middle May. I will know more next week at my next appointment. I'm from Baltimore, Maryland. I am finishing up my six month dieting requirement now. I am alternating between being so excited and can't wait for the surgery to actually being a bit scared and anxious about the surgery. Plus I'm scared that I will fail and this whole process and any pain I go through will be a moot point. I know it will be even a bigger mistake not to try because although I've lost 43 pounds since starting the 6 month program, I really really need help with portion control. I am so excited!

    COBRA insurance question..losing my Aetna

I work as an insurance broker so I'm aware of this situation a lot. What insurance carriers are "supposed" to do is to say that your benefits are inactive but you are in your COBRA election period. What I would do is to call the HR person at your husband's company and find out from her what the amount will be for coverage and send in the payment. Let them know that you have a surgery coming up so you can't have a break in coverage, that you don't want to wait for it to come in the mail. Sometimes that helps get the paperwork out even faster. It does depend on the company though. You may want to ask if the company uses a COBRA administrator or if they handle it themselves. If it is through an administrator, you can ask the HR person if you can just pay for one month directly to them to avoid any delays due to paperwork. That is the way I would proceed to keep yourself active.

    Wv, md, va

Hi, I live in Baltimore County, MD. Looking forward to getting sleeved around May! Becky
  10. Can't we all just get along? Not everyone is good at expressing themselves as clearly. Just like that telephone game, the initial meaning can get garbled down the line. Whether or not you decide to be completely open, partially open or completely private.... just be comfortable, secure and set in your own decision re WLS. With that, you can handle anything! I can't wait for mine!

    Zumba anyone?

I am pre-op and started at 315 but now at 280. Trust me, you can do it. Its the reason I've lost weight like this, in three months. Can't imagine what it would be with having the sleeve, it'd pour off! Go 4 it!
