How have you been? Update!

Hey girl! Just checking in to see how you are doing. I would love to hear about your progress. Sorry, I didn't make it to the support group. I did too much and Dr. Nick put me back in bed for 24 hours. Not fun. Better now. I have a hard time not going a 100%.

How are you feeling?

I start my pre-opt diet on Tuesday. So, I have decided to take my family to a Hibachi bar on Sunday for Mother's day for a last hoorah. I am so ready to start though. I got my blood work done this morning and meet with a dietician on Tuesday next week. Keep me posted on your progress...

I have a date set for May 25th. I am self pay, so not too many questions or discussions.

Are you getting excited about your surgery date? it will be here before you know it. Did Dr. Nick give you any pre opt diet or any other instructions?
