It's snowing!!!

Cody is lumber jacking again! This yard looks incredible! With the flowers that the boys helped me plant, the trees they've helped their dad cut down and cut and stack, the strawberry beds, and the grass seed.......wow! It's clean, it's beautiful and incredible!!!!! Can't wait to have our summertime BBQ's with family and friends!!!

I miss Codys boys this week. They took such good care of me after my surgery. My kids never even called.

Heading back to work tomorrow. Have my cocoa butter and vitamin E balm packed (no scars for ME!), as well as all my protein and water. I'm ready to get out of the house!

Cody's lumberjacking. The kids are hauling/stacking. Pop went get grandsons. I'm painting. We'll have a showplace by summer!!!!

It's so dry here, and the wind is a nonstop fact of life. One spark and poof! We even watched a cactus trying to entice a dog to pee on it....

Since April 8th, I'm down 22 lbs!!!

The good news is....I've lost over 11 lbs. The bad news is....I can't ride my horse for 2 months.

We saw humpbacks mating!!! Right there at notre dam!!! Just kidding....but we did see humpbacks whales mating off the coast of California this morning!!!!

Cody and I walked the San Diego bay harbor for 3 hours this morning. It's gorgeous here today.

Codys boys called 4 times to find out how I'm doing! What incredibly considerate young men! I haven't heard from my kids even once since March....hmmm.

Day 3 post surgery and I feel FANTASTIC!!!! This is awesome!!!

Surgery hurts.

Surgery's over! I feel like a million dollars!.....all green and wrinkled.

Leaving...on a jet plane. Won't have a gut when I'm back again! Oh lord...I love to see it go!!!!

Today is the day!! Flying for surgery. It would be so nice to hear from my kids....

Dear Congress, Last year I mismanaged my funds and this year my family and I cannot decide on a budget. Until we have come to a unified decision that fits all of our needs and interests, we will have to shut down our checkbook and will no longer be able to pay our taxes. I'm sure you'll understand.
