Been a while since I've updated....Doing well still with the band...have a total of 5 cc now...able to tolerate anything as long as I chew really well and take my time...I'm down in the 220's now...I'm hopeful to be at or under 200 by xmas...started training for my first 5k this week...very excited!

Also...bought clothes in an XL yesterday vs XXL...can I just tell you how wonderful that feels!!! )

Hit the 230's today....239 to be exact...haven't seen those numbers since last summer....amazing that I've taken off the weight that I've gained in 1 year in the course of 1 month! LOVE THE LAP BAND!!
