I have been MIA for a couple of weeks, its been crazy busy but here are my stats;

Hope to exceed my goal this month. Fingers crossed. As far as bad habits go, i still put food on my plate like I did pre-banding knowing fully well there is no way I can finish it. Seriously need to work on that.

I think Zumba is awesome. I am almost 10 months post surgery and down 70 pounds my go to exercise is Zumba i do it at least 4 times a week at the YMCA, i also have it on my Nintendo Wii for days i dont go to the gym. I absolutely love it. And the posters above are right calories burnt depends on your weight and intensity of the workout. I burn anywhere between 550 - 850 calories depending on how intense the work out is. You should give it a go I am sure u would love it. I am a certified Zumbaholic

kkf1979 checking in at 245.2 up 0.6 from last week. I am not surprised considering the fact that i didn't work out for a whole week, and i was far from good with my food choices. Anyways no point whining time to get back on track.

I am down 2 pounds at 239. That makes a 150 pounds that I lost this year. That is equal to carrying around 10 bowling balls everywhere I went.

I'm going to be very busy tomorrow so I'm going to weigh in today. I was 260.8 and this week I am 257.8. That is a 3 pound loss this week! I have lost 90 lbs total. I can't believe I am almost to 100 lbs. I WILL NOT let the holidays ruin this for me lol.
Good Job keep it up you would be there before you know it. Can't wait to loose 100 pounds too!

Hello,
I had to have my band removed today at the time of the hiatal hernia repair and am not able to get another band in the future because my surgeon said the hernia will reoccur.
I am going to work REALY hard to continue losing and to maintain my weight.

Sorry to hear about your band being removed are other WLS an option for you or do you have to do this on your own now?
