    I have been MIA for a couple of weeks, its been crazy busy but here are my stats; Feb 1 - 242 Feb 8 - 241 Feb 15- 237.6 Hope to exceed my goal this month. Fingers crossed. As far as bad habits go, i still put food on my plate like I did pre-banding knowing fully well there is no way I can finish it. Seriously need to work on that.

    Zumba And Lapband

    I think Zumba is awesome. I am almost 10 months post surgery and down 70 pounds my go to exercise is Zumba i do it at least 4 times a week at the YMCA, i also have it on my Nintendo Wii for days i dont go to the gym. I absolutely love it. And the posters above are right calories burnt depends on your weight and intensity of the workout. I burn anywhere between 550 - 850 calories depending on how intense the work out is. You should give it a go I am sure u would love it. I am a certified Zumbaholic

    Gained another 0.3lbs. Back where i started from at the beginning of the challenge, checking in today at 245.5. Now the holidays are over no more excuses time to get back on track.
