How swollen were you?
I am one week out and cannot wear the pants I wore to the hospital. My stomach feels swollen and distended... but is getting better. I went to my post op appt with my surgeon yesterday and he said it would go down a little each day and should be gone in the next week. I was able to sleep on my side last night... what a relief. Good luck and keep on sippin.:scared0:

Recommendations for band->sleeve revision in Dallas area?
My Dr. was Manuel Castro at New Beginnings Surgical Group. I didn't have a revision, but I was VERY happy with the care I got from him and with his office. His prices seem to be competitive and he is very professional. Feel free to pm me if you have any questions. Good Luck! Av

Aetna is covering VSG
My surgeon's office handled it. I attended 3 group style meetings with the nut. and my seminar. That is all I had to do. You might call them and ask... but lots of plans are different. Good luck.

I got my weight history from my gyn and that was sufficient. They kept track of it when I went for my yearly appointment so I had at least a yearly record. My insurance approved so .... it worked.
