It is very important to stay hydrated! I'm in the hospital right now!! I was so dehydrated my potassium level could have triggered a heart attack, luckily no liver/kidney damage. I have a central line in my neck because my veins are so bad. I came in Monday and won't get out til Thursday. Drink! Drink! Drink!

Brenda0600 got a reaction from judy7120 in Running Nose After Vs?
I am approximately 2 years out and this appears to be very common. I've talked with a few folks who have experience the nose running. There seems to be no real answers for this, just a result with many who had the sleeve.

Had surgery on Friday and my nose is running. I would rather it be something related to surgery and not a cold!
But not a clue what it could be. Anyone out there experianced this?

I did Zumba a couple of years back and I was really successful with weightloss. In one month I dropped almost 15 pounds w/o really dieting!
I can't wait to get back into the gym after WLS in July. I truly miss it.

Brenda0600 reacted to starlet in Will The Head Hunger Ever Shut Up?!
The first few days after surgery were the worst and also the most puzzling; The thought of physically eating anything made me feel sick and yet in my head all I could think about was food
Now 12 days out I can say that the head hunger has definitly quieted down but it's still there. My fear is that once I'm able to eat regular food again I'll start to crave all the crap I used to eat and even though I won't be able to eat as much, I don't want to eat like that anymore.
Can any veterans shed some light on this? Does it get better?
    Thanks!
