Hi hope all is well with you and your family! I really appreciate the info you shared with me but, unfornately I don't have bariatric resources as a benefit on my plan. I just received a letter from my ins. company saying that if I wanted to send in any information that will assist my appeal I could do so. I'm thinking about writing a letter and sending in some pictures of me over the years.

Hi Val I have done everything that is required of me to do 5 yrs history, physc eval, and I still wasa denied!!! I have UHC EPO to and I don't understand who dropped the ball and I'm confused is where and what to do now. I was confident that I was going to get approved on my 1st attempt but it didn't happend for me. I'm still going back and foward with my doctor's office and ins. company no answer

I was denied last week for wls. The reason was because they didn't have my BMI nor my 5 year history. I notified Dr. Jawad's office about this and they assured me that they sent everything over....
