Hi vsg, I apologize for my absence. Lately I have been really depress and I don't know why and how to get myself out of this rut. I'm not losing the way I expected and it's tearing me up. I am reaching out to you for your help and support. I feel like I don't know what I have done to myself. Have anyone else felt this way? I have been working my program according to my dr guidelines. I just don't understand. Pleas Help!

OK. I'm back. I went to the ER because a had a fever over 102. After doctors ran test come to find out I had strep throat. Ouchy! I hate it. stayed in the ER for about 11 hours and try everything to void the iv. We all know that IV put on weight. Got a shot in the hip of penlicilin and low and behold a couple days later broke out with a rash. Dr says its a reaction from the shot. today I'm feeling almost back to normal. I'm down 22lbs. since the day of surgery (3-1-11). I can...

Pre-op appt went great. I'm down 16 lbs. since my surgery. I have no problem with my protein i'm getting down 70+ grams of protein in a day. I'mstill working on my fluids. Is that normal to be getting that much protein down in one day? The stapleswas removed and I'm super excited about that. I'm at a local spot using the computer the one at home seemed to not work as fast. I'll keep you guys updated. THanx!

Day 2 post-op, surgery went well as expected. Still experiencing a lot of pain. Not able to get down reccomended 4-6 oz. of liquid. any suggestions are welcomed. Keep you updated as i recover. Thanx!

Pre-op visit was great, busy and rewarding. I was there all day. I completed all of my pre-op paper work and administratice fees with the hospital. Guys I am so excited. I met a friend to! LoL!

Day 6 pre-op I'm feeling a lot better than yesterday after receiving some tips from a friend. Have anyone of you ever heard of or tried any products from herbal life? They have a chicken soup that has 17g of protein in it. Just wondering!

Day 6 pre-op diet going forth, I have to keep on moving!

Day 5 pre-op down 6lbs. I'm feeling a little weird like I'm about to vomit. Is that normal. I'm doing 2 protein shakes, isopure liquid and sugar free jello. Should UI be doing something else? Or should I eat something? I feel nasuea. Thanx!

Tomrrow is the do or deny day for wls! I'll keep you posted as soon as I know something. Next tuesday will be my decision day to approve or deny me for wls. My ins company have recd my personal appeal letter along with some personal pictures that also documented my weight history. Good thing I keep up with all my things because the dates is still visible on the back of the pic from 2003-2009. I'll be calling my ins. company on Tuesday to find out the verdict. Keep you guys posted!

Today I call my insurance company and they verified or confirmed that they did have the information from the surgeons office. YAY! Things are on the ball.

Today I received a call from my surgeon's office saying that they have my five yr history and will be submiting paper work to the insurance company!!! YAY! Keep me in your prayers. Thanx!

I called today and confirmesd that they NOW have 5 yr weight history and they confirmed! They're closed tommorrow but I will be calling back on Monday, Tuesday Wednesday etc to confirmed. Thanx! Becca

Overe the wekend I recvd weight documentations from years 2006 & 2007. My ins company has alreadt weight documentation for 2008 and 2009. Just found out that my 2010 weight documentation fax was recvd today so everything is moving along I just have to stay on top of surgeons office. I'm calling them everyday just to check the status and where we're at in the 3rd appeal process. I'm excited! I'll keep you guys updated!

I went as far as getting my records from 2003 if that makes them happy. Right now I'm waiting to recieve paper work! Keep u guys updated!! My date is coming Soon I can feel, taste it and smell it!!!
