Thank you. I'm doing great on the diet, I started mine on Monday and already lost 5 pounds as of yesterday. My Doc was very stern with me and said if I didn't lose 10 lbs, he would cancel my surgery - so he really got me going. (LOL)

Getting more excited day by day!
